TRU-ESTIMATE IS BORN
Tru-Estimate is a premier commercial flooring estimation service created by founder, Jaime Gianotti, in response to the growing need for skilled estimators in an industry filled with cost overruns and high overhead. Recognizing this need, Jaime established Tru-Estimate in 2012 as an estimating outsource company that could bring extensive experience and skills to the job while still helping to cut costs.
Jaime began her career in the industry as a drafter for an Architectural firm. Within 5 years, she was the project manager of large scale construction projects managing multiple teams of drafters and specialized trades. She soon transferred to a construction company as a Project Manager to get more experience and learn the ropes of the trade beyond construction documents.
In 2010, she moved to the San Diego area and began working for a large company as their commercial flooring Estimator and Project Manager. During this time, Jaime recognized a growing need for skilled commercial flooring estimators and realized how beneficial an outsourced service could be.
In 2012 she established Tru-Estimate. She is a highly knowledgeable commercial flooring estimator responsible for preparing cost estimates by evaluating construction plans and relying on her extensive knowledge of the industry to achieve the optimum utilization of resources, materials and equipment.
